Ed "The Computer Wizard"

Today I’m explorereing how Windows 7 handles various types of media. Right now I’m listening to “Mad Wolrd” by Gary Jules. I’m copying a movie file from a removable hard drive andI going to watch it it a few differant ways.

What I hope to gain from this is an understanding of the way Windows Media Player and Media Center act in the latest offering from Microsoft. I will also be testing a few of my favorite third party media players. I have already installed VLC Player and JetAudio. While I know that there will be no Windows 7 changes here, I am looking to find an incomaptabilites, quirks in operation, etc.

What is you favorite way to enjoy media on your computer, and why? If there is a Windows version, I will gladly test it for operation under Windows 7.
